hi my friend sent my account a gift certificate and i still have yet to receive it. he said it should have taken 25 minutes but its been almost an hour. Does anyone know whats going on?

I don't see any gift certificates on or for your account. If you can have your friend contact us with the email address attached to his account or the order number I can take a look.
