Boon Trading GenCon 2018 event

I'm looking at a free PFS Boon Trading event on Gencon's schedule at 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday.

Are there any known conflicts with this time slot?
Are there any better time slots to hold such an event?

Would any VC like to be at this event to help with making sure all boons are "as authentic as possible"? Is this a concern?

Shouldn’t be an issue... I would be up for it.

Actually should have it follow the GM feedback meeting, though.

What time is that usually? We can't have it scheduled to end later than 4 pm. So maybe before the GM meeting?

The GM meeting starts a little after 2:00 (when our last session is done), and usually runs an hour to 1.5 hours.

You were thinking of doing this throug the gen con registration system?

Yes, through gencon event reg. When I’ve tried it outside event reg, I’ve had little to no turnout.

Interesting idea, but participation might be low from GMs since many (but not nearly all) will be busy at this time.
