Unable to download products

So I have two products in My Downloads that I am unable to download at all.

Sometimes I can see them, sometimes I can't. Right now, I can't. One of them is Pathways #69. It doesn't show up with the other Pathways products either. It's always at the very bottom of the page.

*Champions New Millennium 2nd Edition (4th edition) PDF* every time i click on it to download it only shows that it is personalizing and to come back in 60sec even when i give it 10sec, 60sec, 60min it still wont personalize and let me download it. then when i do click on it all it does is reload the page with the same message of personalizing come back in 60sec,that or gives me an error about back tracking more than 30x? Please help this is the only way i have found a pdf of this older gen Heroes game system and i like the Fuzion system even if it was a little janky =)

Also hope this is the right place to put this.
