I've got a character I'm working out right now who is a gestalt of a Telekinetic Kinetisit who is suppose to gestalt with a second class for one of my games.
The Problem I'm running into is figuring out the best class for fun, flavor, and mechanics. The game is set in a scifi setting, with a lot of homebrew items.
So far
My stats are
13 str
12 dex
18 con
20 int
12 wis
11 cha
The race I'm using gives a -2 to dex, +2 to con and +2 to int.
Ideas I've had so far.
Leyline Guardian Witch - Get spontaneous arcane casting all the way to level 9 spells. Pretend some spells are my super awesome tk abilities.
Mind Blade magus - Be able to create blades with my mind, spontatous casting of psychic spells.
Loreward Martial Master Fighter - Eventually be able to use the TK maneuvers to really hound some people, as well as pretty easily adapt to the situation.
Rogue? - Massive skill points. Could use my TK powers to sneak attack enemies.
Emperialist Investigator - Get the ability to make a good portion of my skills int based. Get mutagen. pseudo sneak attack.
Occultist - get implments and some schools of magic. Be able to enhance myself and more

Divination and Transmutation Occultist using Sudden Insight for boost to hit with the Kinetic Blast, and boosted Con for better damage.
However, you're going to find that with such a low dex, you're going to have a lot of trouble getting your blasts to connect. If you can get your Dex higher, you absolutely should.
