As long as you stick to the stuff that has been declared Open Content and format the site properly (put a link to the text of the Open Gaming License on every page with Open Content), you already have permission. That is the point of the Open Gaming License.
Now if you wanted to include anything that isn't Open Content, then you are out of luck.
