Missing NPC?

This is probably a weird question, but I ran CotCT in its original form years ago and am replaying through it again.

When last I played I did a lot of research on the city of Korvosa and ended up helping a friend create a character for another game based on being the daughter of an Elf noble from Korvosa who had heeeeaps of daughters as he was a bit of a playboy and for some reason could only sire daughters.

I remember his family name as Tu'talis or similar, yet now re-reading over everything I cannot find any reference to him at all T_T

Was he a fever dream or am I just not looking in the right book?

I don't have any specific memory of this NPC, and searches haven't turned up anything yet. However...

Have you ever played Age of Worms? The character I named my account for was originally made for that campaign before being remade for Pathfinder, and I have vague recollections of the community of Diamond Lake (where that campaign begins) as having a small community of elves with similar tastes. Perhaps the idea cross-pollinated from there.

I don't think I'm familiar sorry :S. But yeah I'm starting to wonder if he weas based out of Magnimar, Kaer Maga or Absolam instead of Korvosa.

Still no luck in those books either tho XD

I am now being told by the player that they made the name up, as they didn't want to go around using their fathers name.

But they remember the NPC too :'D

That's interesting, when I played in the original, I played a female half elf who was fathered by him. Her grandfather disowned her so she was turned out into the streets at a young age.
