What happened to my PFS scenario subscription?

I had to change my form of payment due to fradulent activity on a card.

I have not received any scenarios since October.

Hello Waltero,

There was not a card attached to your subscription so it wasn't generating the items. I see a payment method on your account so I have attached that to the subscription and generated the items. You should have received email confirmations and you should see the PDFs on your My Downloads page now.
