Starfinder Core Book binding issue

Hi guys, I picked up my core book a little over a week ago and I've noticed the binding along the spine seems to be letting go/failing. It looks like the only thing holding the mass of pages to the spine is the artwork-lined pages attached to the hardcover itself. I've snapped to pictures of both top and bottom of the book to show where the binding of pages is completely separated from the white fabric lining between the spine and bound pages if someone needs to see them. I guess I'm wondering if it's possible to get a replacement swapped or something? :)

I'm sorry to hear that you got a defective book! Your first step will be to see if the place you purchased it from can exchange it for you, as we have steps in place to replace damaged or defective items through distribution. If they cannot replace it for you please send the pictures, along with a good shipping address to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to get it taken care of.


Thanks for the response! Unfortunately I can't make it back to the store as I bought it about three hours away from where I live on a short trip. I'll email momentarily with the pictures. Thank you again, you guys are pretty amazing!
