I have dug through the internet and could not find a direct answer to my question. I have an elf wizard who uses a longbow. Am I capable of casting a quickened spell that uses verbal, somatic, and material components while still holding my bow with one hand and then fire my bow the same round? My GM thinks I need both hands free to cast a spell with somatic components. It seems a little over the top that I would have to drop my bow, cast a spell, then pick it back up. Thanks in advance

You only need one hand free to cast a spell with somatic components. Chapter 9 of the CRB says:
"Somatic (S): A somatic component is a measured and precise movement of the hand. You must have at least one hand free to provide a somatic component."
So you could cast a quickened spell and then fire your bow in the same round.
