How can i ask a check of this rule to an Admin/Owner?
We'd all love to have a way to do that directly, but there isn't one. First, Paizo staff is too busy for that kind of thing; there are exceptional occasions, but don't hold your breath. Second, even if a developer does speak up you'll be getting their personal opinion, not Paizo's. The latter requires the whole Pathfinder Development Team to discuss the matter and achieve consensus.
What you can do is click the "FAQ" button in the upper right of your first post and ask others to do the same. Don't start a new thread for this, just ask here. That will put it on the list of things people have officially asked the PDT to look at. But I'd bet money the eventual reply (it will not be quick) will be something like "no answer needed" (I forget the exact phrase) which means "the rule means what it says, we have nothing to add to that." Posters who believe that'll be the answer will probably decide against pressing FAQ.
