Hello Wei Ji,
If you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us. When it gets to us we will email you to confirm the return and ask if you want the refund to your original payment method or to your store credit. We can't take something from you without crediting you for it though. So we would not be able to accept a return that we cannot refund you for. Keep in mind that if it is a damaged or defective item we can also send a replacement. If it is an elective return (there is nothing wrong with it, you just didn't want it) you will be responsible for the shipping.
You can find the address to ship it to us on the packing slip in the box, or on our Contact Us page. To make the process a little faster you can send it to 'Attn: Customer Service' or 'Attn: Returns' so the warehouse knows who they should be passing it along to.
