I have this old setting named Blackwater. It was a fun world but we played a Homebrew system at that time. Now were using pathfinder and I'm wanting to move over the races and need some help. Do you guys think this race is to strong?
The Rin come from deserts and are combat warranted. There are two parts to the Rin race, Dreddrins and Threaddrins. Dreddrins are bigger and tougher. Threaddrins are smaller but better a speech.

Also, this thread by Kobold Cleaver contains several good ideas for custom races as well as examples (though you should go to the end of the discussion for those). Obviously my submissions are the best, but there's some incredibly creative creations based off the weirdest racial suggestions by others, so take a peek at them anyway. The full list of collected races is linked on the last page.

Other than changing the names of the abilities to their standard format names and changing the Darkvision trait to actually saying 'rin', or 'dreaddrins' or 'threaddrins' instead of 'dwarf' (I just assume you were copy-pasting to save time, which is fine) they seem pretty straightforward.
They'd probably be about about a 5 or 6 Racial Point race right now, Dreddrins being slightly higher than Threaddrins.
Hardy trait typically is 3 RP, but it is based on the Dwarf trait which is a +2 bonus to a lot more things unlike the rin's +1 to saves. Obviously matching names is not needed for your own personal use, but since you are asking the community, it would help to avoid confusion.
Do you guys think this race is to strong?
No, it is not too strong. It is weaker than comparable races (obviously in an overall look, depending on how you want your specific campaign to play out may be different). They are weaker than dwarves, don't get the same flexibility as humans, etc. Just look at the races listed on the website and you'll find them between 6-10 Race Points for standard playable races (obviously 1-10 is the standard range, but most are 6-10). Consider addings some more special or unique abilities to the race and if that goes over, give them their own racial flaws or drawbacks to bring the RP back down (a penalty to Fort saves against cold weather, a racial fear of... giant turtles; I don't know why, maybe the race typically siesta in the hottest time of day so during a 4-hour period of highsun or noon they are considered sluggish or something, etc.)

There seems to be precious little that actually separates the two sub-races. I think a +2 Str on a small humanoid is pretty odd, and a missed opportunity to make them decidedly unique.
