Can't place order

Hi there,

I'm trying to place an order for 2 pdfs (Horror Adventures and Horror realms) but whenever I try to confirm order it asks for my security number on my card and then does nothing. Clicking the confirmation button causes a brief pinwheel "processing" icon but then nothing follows.

Checking the order in my shopping cart shows all tabs as green but payment as declined. Is this an issue with using firefox? could you perhaps send me a paypal invoice which I could pay by as it seems to have issue with taking my card details?

Hello Jon,

Your card is being declined because the billing address attached to it is just your name without any address. You will want to enter a billing address on your payment method, or email us the billing address and we can add it for you. After you do that you should be able to try to submit it again.

We do not currently accept PayPal.

Fixed and completed. I'd just assumed that it was contracting my address down.
