Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look, and for some reason it was not submitted correctly. I've moved the PDF to a new order (#4609295) and submitted it there. It looks like the order was able to go through just fine, and you should see that PDF available on your account now.

I am 99% certain that I was charged 3 times for this order lol. Not raging but I do want to clear this up. In my order email it says it took 15.96 in store credit(4 PDFs at 3.99 ea). Which makes sense I had 20$ on file for store credit. But I also got another email saying I was charged for 3 of the same PDFs at 11.97. There was a bank charge from Paizo that corilates to that date and cost. And it looks like I got charged again today for the missing PDF. Can you please take another look at this order?

Hello Deadboy,
You were charged $11.97 for 3 PDFs when those were fulfilled. But they charged to your payment method as well as to your store credit. I have issued a refund for the $11.97 to your original payment method. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it. 1-4 was moved to a new order and was charged for on that order as it was not charged for on the original order. Store credit was never applied to that order so it used your payment method. Since it sounds like you intended to use the store credit on that order I have charged the $3.99 to your store credit and issued a refund to your original payment method.
