The Flyby stunt in starship combat was 20 + 2 times enemy ship tier.

With the FAQ it is now 15 + 1.5 times ship tier. No longer enemy ship tier.

Was this intentional?

There was a thread a few days ago discussing this same issue. No conclusive answer was obtained, but there was some good discussion.
