Hi Toligar,
For security purposes, we'd need to have an email from both accounts to confirm the request to merge the accounts.
The good news is that you should have received an automated email from customer.service@paizo.com when the order went through, to let you know that an anonymous person had 'gifted' you the PDFs. So if you're not sure or you have multiple emails it could have been registered under, just take a look for that email in your old accounts. The subject line should be "You have received a gift on paizo.com". Once we get those emails from you, we can get the accounts merged for you.
I hope this helps! Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help out.
Thanks!
Katina

I sent an email (replied to the email dated 11-30-17 subject Re: Order 4598661) on Sunday 12-3-17 with attachment in response to the post from Katina Davis, dated 11-29-17 as follows;
"I saw the post on the Paizo Customer Service web page, however I did not receive an email with the latest update (Friday, 04:03 pm )
My email address is [REDACTED]
The email address of other account is [REDACTED], which I no longer have as I stopped service with that provider.
I have attached the email that was sent to me when I created that account. Since I no longer have that account, I did not receive the "You have received a gift on paizo.com" email.
That account ([REDACTED]) was created on July 6, 2014 about 7:21AM (according to my records).
"paizo.com - User Registration
https://secure.paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wa/createNewAccount
7/6/2014 7:21 AM - Screen Clipping"
Thank you for your assistance
John Lyon"
Unfortunately I do not see a way for me to submit an attachment in this post.
