Brawlers Flurry Confusion

Rules Questions

So, after a lot of searching on here and on the web, is Brawlers Flurry the same as a monks flurry of blows. The BWF states it acts as Two Weapon Fighting at 2nd and getting better from there. There by only giving an extra attack at 2nd, 8th etc. Everywhere I looked I kept seeing posts that had the bonuses and # of attacks based on the MFB. However I was looking at the Villain Codex, Fang Monastery Enforcer and the attacks were not matching up with the MFB. FME is a 7th level NPC with base bab of +7/+2. After str +4 and using BF the stats are written as +9/9/4. Which works out with the -2 for TWF. MFB is listed as +5/5/0 and the bonuses do not much up to whats in the book.

Was there an rules edit I am missing. I cannot find it and the recently published Villain Codex seems right.

If I am correct then an 8th level Brawler has the improved two weapons feat which grants the 2nd off hand attack at -5. So BAB is +8/+3. Factoring the 2 extra attacks from the ITWF feat, -2/-5 the primary hand would be +6/+1 and the off hand +6/-2?

Just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.

Scarab Sages

The -5 referenced in Improved two-Weapon Fighting isn’t instead of the -2 for TWF. It’s in addition to. However, those penalties are calculated against your full BAB, not the iterative BAB. Essentially it works out to the same bonus as your iterative. BAB -2(TWF)-5(Improved TWF)

In your example, that would be +8-2-5=+1 giving you an attack sequence of:

Main hand +6/+1, off hand +6/+1

What weapon does the Fang Monastery Enforcer use? Unarmed strike?
