My son Cameron Lee and I have been playing our characters at the local mall for years. We sign up like normal every session he with his registration number, I with mine. Recently, the venture captain revealed that my son's number was never actually registered and does not populate when he reports. I got the number from him several years ago when he first started playing and just kind of assumed it was registered. he has 9 characters attached to that number and most of which are decently high in level. What can be done now to register the number proper-like?
His name is Cameron Lee and his number is 79565

That number is registered to an account with Cameron's name on it. I see 8 characters on the account. I'm going to move this thread to the Website Feedback forum so the tech team can see it and look into why it may not be auto populating.
