Green Mother and Ragadahn - where?

My apologies if my search-fu was not strong enough, but which Golarion sourcebook(s) deals with the Green Mother and Ragadahn? I ran across mention of them in Faiths of Balance (in the Eldest of the First World section of the Minor Deities chapter), but no further details were given aside from their names.

They're mentioned briefly in the Inner Sea World Guide, and a little bit more in the article on the First World in Pathfinder #36. Beyond that... we've not said much about them.

I found a brief mention of Ragadahn on page 33 of Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Artifacts and Legends. It says that he's "one of the unfathomable Eldest of the First World and self-proclaimed Father of Dragons."
