Sword Binder question

Would a Sword Binder wizard be able to select a huge or larger sword as their bonded sword?
Putting this in PFS as I think there's special rules for PFS about bonded objects and about what equipment is available.

Initially? No. Per the RPG Guide (page 21) only items sized for small, medium, and large characters are always available.

Once he had the required fame to buy one the wizard could purchase a huge magic sword and designate it as his magic item (as per the normal arcane bond rules, paying the required gold). Note that a replacement weapon must already be a magic sword before he can bond to it.

what's the price of a huge greatsword then if I needed to buy it separately?

It isn't explained in any sourcebook that I'm aware of, unless there's been a recent book.

Tiny-sized and huge-sized weapons have always been difficult to acquire in PFS.

Yeah. There's a table that has the costs and weights for all sizes of armor, but not weapons.

I *think* I've seen a non-magical huge weapon on a chronicle somewhere, but I might be misremembering.

It's a huge-sized Elven Curve Blade, if memory serves correctly.

So does that mean unless I get that chronicle or one like it there's no way to have a huge sword as the sword binder's bonded item?

Unless you can get the Design Team to price out unusually sized weapons, no.
