One of the items you ordered is an item we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer. Items we have to do that for will show a longer shipping window on the availability portion of their product page. In this case the item in question has an estimate of 4 to 18 business days. This is our estimate for how long it may take to get to us from the supplier. Once it gets to us we will get it on its way to you. If you prefer I can separate it out to its own order so everything else can ship, or cancel it to the same effect. Otherwise the whole order will ship when it arrives.
