PDF order pending (#4570208)

Hi

I ordered a few PDF books in the past without problems, but now I have the first time the status pending. Could this be a website/shop issue or is there any other issue?

There weren't any address or credit card changes after the last time I bought something in the Paizo shop, so that shouldn't have caused a halt...

I have a hung order as well but assume the store will be up and running again this morning.

It looks like there might be something weird going to with this particular PDF. I'm having the Webstore/Consignments team look into.

After further investigation, the PDF is fine, and it looks like there may have been some trouble with some orders yesterday processing all the way (the website was having a lot of trouble).

I've done some poking and prodding to finished processing your order. The PDF should be on your account now.
