Just confirming, when the next additional resources update goes live, ioun stones that USED to have a listed resonance in Seekers of Secrets but are NOT mentioned in Adventurer's Guide (such as the Onyx Rhomboid, Opalescent White Pyramid, etc) will no longer have a Wayfinder resonance power in PFS at all?

I know of nobody from my local Lodge who will be purchasing this book, given the near universal condemnation it's received online.
Will there be a changelog posted somewhere of everything that's getting nerfed?
I imagine someone sitting down to their character's retirement game and being blindsided that "Oh, that doesn't do that anymore".

Well, additional resources says the new Wayfinder replaces the old one. Resonances are listed under the Wayfinder magical item entry. So imagine that some table GMs are going to rule that the old resonance table is only for the old (now illegal) Wayfinder and thus stones not listed on the new table simply don't get a resonance power.

It was my understanding that the parts of the Adventurer's Guide that were superseding existing material didn't do so until the PRD was updated to include the Adventurer's Guide (except Lore Warden, which had the updated version released via a blog). The current text of the Additional Resources page currently supports that:
Contents in this book will appear in an upcoming update of the Pathfinder Reference Document, at which point the versions in this book will replace any earlier versions (see the list below); at that time, characters are expected to update to use the new rules or rebuild as laid out in Chapter 2 of the Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide. Modified gear—including ioun stones whose resonance powers changed—can be sold back at its full market price. Further updates and allowances specific to a particular character option may appear in the Pathfinder Society General Discussion forum on paizo.com. Until then, both versions of the character option are legal for play.
Unless something's been stated elsewhere to indicate a change of plans, this doesn't change with the next AR update, but rather a PRD update, which happens far less frequently and less predictably (in fact, it doesn't seem to have been updated in over a year).

As I quoted above, the AR entry for the Adventurer's Guide says its contents replace any earlier versions; it doesn't eliminate rules that it doesn't update. For those resonant powers that Seekers of Secrets contains that Adventurer's Guide doesn't update to become illegal, it would require updating Seeker's Additional Resources entry to reflect that.
Further, the Adventurer's Guide doesn't list the resonant powers under any wayfinder's magic item description; they're in a separate section on page 149, under the heading "Wayfinders and Resonance". An update of a wayfinder can't be reasonably construed to force an update on resonance powers.
Finally, the paragraph after the one I quoted in my last post lists what's updated:
The following character options have received updates since they appeared in earlier publications, and characters must use these updated versions (pending the Pathfinder Rules Document update): brand of conformity, brand of hobbling, brand of tracking, Eagle Knight dress uniform, enlightened bloodrager, golden eagle epaulets, Golden Legionnaire, hellknight barding, lore warden, mammoth hide, Mounted Blade, Pathfinder savant, Qadiran horselord, Ritual Mask, shackle, Steel Falcon, talonstrike sword, Tribal Hunter, Tribal Scars, and wayfinder resonance. Earlier sources in which these rules originally appeared remain a legal source for accessing these updated character options.
If it's not on that list, then you can continue to use versions from previous sources as-is. You'll note that while wayfinder resonance is listed, no actual wayfinder itself is listed. This means you can use any of the wayfinders the Adventurer's Guide reprinted as-is from an earlier source, further negating the idea that an updated wayfinder makes older resonance powers illegal.
Short version: the Adventurer's Guide only updates what it updates; anything not directly changed by it continues to work as they always have.
