Order keeps getting rejected

Hi. I am desperately trying to buy The Alien Archive PDF but my payment information is being declined every single time I try. I don't know what to do. I've checked and rechecked it at least 3 times. What am I doing wrong? I really want to give you guys my money and none of my local game stores or even bookstores seem to have the physical copy in stock.
