How to set character avatar?

I have a character set up and can post to messageboards as that character. But I can't figure out how to set an avatar icon for the character. The character doesn't appear in the "Messageboard Aliases" section of "My Account" and I can't find any options on the character page for adding an icon. Help?

That is because they are a Society character. You would go up to the My Pathfinder Society link at the top of the page next to the My Account link and you can edit them there. Hope this helps :3
