I had a Starfinder CRB replacement shipped to me, and it is defective in the same manner as the first copy was. If it's possible to get a second replacement, I would really prefer it to be from a second printing. What's the best way to go about doing that? Should I wait until there's news of a second printing arriving and only raise the replacement issue with customer service then? Or can I raise the issue now but have my request somehow flagged to only be fulfilled with the second printing when it comes in? What would be the most convenient way for customer service to work with this?
