Download is incorrect form

I placed an order $2.00 for an advanced Settlement form that is form fillable and the download in my downloads is for an advanced character shhet. This is not what I purchased or need. Could I get the correct form or refund. I utilize Hero Labs and I am all set on Character sheets.

The Deluxe Character Sheet is the product that was added to your cart and you went through the checkout process for. I don't see a settlement form ever added to your cart.
