Urog Exocortex in Power Armor

Advice

So I had the character concept (the title) with the idea that this mechanic urog is building a sort of exoskeleton for himself and was wondering what you all thought about the stat distribution and where you'd progress from here:

Hashar Andalarri, Urog Scholar (astronomy)
Exocortex Mechanic

At level 1:

Spoiler:

Str 11; Dex 14; Con 12; Int 18; Wis 10; Cha 8;
Skills: Athletics (4), Computers(9), Culture(5), Engineering(9), Life Science(5), Medicine(8), Perception(4), Physical Science(11), Piloting (6)
Skill Focus from Memory Module: Physical Science
Feat: Mobility
Gear: Acid Dart Rifle +2 to hit, 1d8, Battleglove Cestus +0, 1d4, Second Skin w/custom rig

The skills listed are the ones I put ranks into, I needed 1 rank in Culture since I don't see anywhere about the Urog speaking Common.

At Level 7 (When I get BAB for power armor):

Spoiler:
Str 13; Dex 16; Con 14; Int 19; Wis 10; Cha 8;
Skills: Athletics (8), Computers (16), Culture (5), Engineering (16), Life science (11), Medicine (14), Perception (12), Physical science (14), Piloting (13)
Skill Focus from Memory Module: Physical Science
Feats: Powered Armor Proficiency, Heavy Weapons proficiency, Mobility Improved Initiative
Gear: Battle Harness w/custom rig, Power Armor strike +10; 1d10+4, Snub Scattergun +8, 1d12+7; Red Star Plasma cannon +8, 2d10;
Mechanic Tricks: Energy Shield, Overclocking, Visual Data Processor

At level 7 I still have 6 ranks that I'm unsure of where to put them, since I only need culture to speak common. Also my to hit bonuses don't include combat tracking, so they'd be 1 or 2 higher

pg 40:

A character begins play speaking and reading Common, her
racial tongue (if any), and the language of her home planet (if
any). She can also choose a number of bonus languages equal to
her Intelligence bonus from the lists below

Thanks for pointing that out, but now i have 7 skills that I'm unsure of where to use :D

Grab Overcharge. Use an energy weapon. Be there most accurate, damaging character in a standard attack. You'll almost always hit, (more than any soldier) and you're pretty much just making guaranteed damage every round.
