I've been trying to checkout with Pathfinder Adventure Path #67: The Snows of Summer (Reign of Winter 1 of 6) (PFRPG) PDF for several days but every time I click Place Order it seems to time out and nothing happens.
And now it appears the charge went through 3 times but theres still nothing in my downloads files or purchase history :(

Hello Masozi,
Your card is being declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file.
What you are seeing are not charges, they are authorizations. Each time you try to submit the order your bank is pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long this takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
I have issued authorization reversal requests. These tell the bank we cannot finalize the authorizations and they can release them. They should be able to see them right away, but how long it takes them to process them is up to them.

Thanks for getting back to me, I've tried with the same card and a different address and the same thing is happening but I'm sure the address is correct.

Hello Masozi,
I just took a look at the order and the attempt you made yesterday after you updated the payment information coincided with a brief window where we had a hiccup with the side. I just gave the updated information a try and it went through successfully. You should have received an email confirmation and you should see the PDF on your My Downloads page now.
Alanya is correct in her post, our system is very sensitive when it comes to billing addresses. It is intended that way for fraud prevention, but can be a little frustrating in how exactly in needs the billing addresses to match.
