What you are likely seeing is an authorization attempt that Paizo cannot complete due to whatever reason. This will fall off naturally in a couple of days, but Customer Service can reverse it early. See this FAQ for more details.
Your card was likely declined due to you providing a slightly incorrect billing address. Paizo's payment processor is incredibly picky about billing addresses -- make sure you specify the address exactly as it is on file with the bank. For example, if your address at the bank says "Street" then don't abbreviate it to "St" -- that can cause the processor to decline your card.
