Side cart Confusion:

Hi Support,

I have added more subscriptions to my service, and to reduce the cost of the next order (Shipping wise as the Alien Archive Pawn Box is going to cost around 40USD to ship to Australia) I was trying to order the Condition Cards I ordered through the Accessory Subscription to be paid for this week.

I saw that it was in the sidecart, and tried to just ship the condition cards, and now the entire sidecart has disappeared, and it appears to be saying that I need to purchase the condition cards separately to the subscription.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(I would call your support line but I am located in Australia and it would cost a fortune).

Hello Cozmic11,

The Condition Cards are all that were in your sidecart. When you pushed the ship right away button they were moved out of your cart and into an order. This can be a bit confusing as the order needs to be submitted, so when you push the button you will be taken to your cart and need to go through the tabs and submit the order like with any other order. But if you navigate away from your cart before finishing that process the item will go into what is basically order Limbo (on our end we can still see it but on your end you won't be able to find it again). That's where the Condition Cards were. I have submitted them for you and you should be receiving an email confirmation.
