Placed my order of 5 Items on 19 September. Paizo charged my card for 116.52 (of 119.75 total) on 20 September - and haven sent order yet, still "pending" becuse of "Waiting for backordered product(s)". But at the time of ordering and paying there where only one such item in order, and Paizo states that "If you order backorder items along with other items, the backordered items will ship separately." http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#Backorder

But in fact they havent sent my not-backordered items separately - and second item became "backordered" since then.

store@paizo.com and customer.service@paizo.com not answering.

Bitter lesson to me - stick to Amazon and buy from Paizo only PDF`s.
