According to the UPS tracking, this package was last tracked at the Memphis, TN Post Office on 10/09/17.

Any reason it is held up there? I work in Memphis and can drive to the Post Office where it is held if there is a problem with delivery.

That entry is when UPS Mail Innovations was handing the package off to USPS. From there it is processed and will be delivered by USPS. Sometimes it can take a few days for them to process it when the handoff is made. Sometimes they miss scanning it, in which case it will be delivered without further updates to the tracking. The order had up to 10 business days in transit to you which would put it arriving as late as Monday, October 23. If it has not arrived by then please let us know.
