I could swear that there was a Paizo module with a serial killer that lopped off feet as trophies.

Does anyone remember this or am I just imagining it all?

I don't recall someone chopping off feet.

The Lopper in haunting of harrowstone, chopped off people head with an axe.

Others serial killers, I recall in golarion have other M.O. like the strangler, the piper, the splatter man etc...

In the first book of Rise of the Runelords, it's mentioned that the town was terrorized by a serial killer five years before the campaign who took people's eyes and tongues as trophies, and chopped off their hands and feet and stacked them by the body.

He doesn't actually show up in the path, though, as far as I know; it's just a backstory mention. (Our game is only about halfway through book 1, though, and I'm not GMing this one, so maybe it comes back later?)
