The Shattered Star versions are not Legal for PFS.
They're different in two ways from the Faction Guide:
1) The Shattered Star versions are classified as Campaign Traits, whereas the Faction Guide versions are the classic Combat/Faith/etc.
2) The Shattered Star versions do not have any prerequisites, whereas the Faction Guide versions require you to be a member of a certain Class.
But because many people build characters these days using online sources, I've met plenty of players who didn't know the differences and, for example, gave their Paladin the Defender of the Society Trait, or the Life Oracle with the channeling Trait.
So thank you for asking here first. Always better to know ahead of time, rather than fix something later.

Thank!
Hero Lab is not helping on this matter.|

I would not expect it to.
Hero Lab is a helpful handy tool, but it is far from perfect.
And it becomes a little less perfect with each additional bit of source material that comes down.
Do I use it?
Yes.
Do I double-check my sources before pulling the trigger on a character, like you did here?
Yes.
And much like Nefreet said above, thank you for double-checking.
