I used my new Combat Tiers for the first time last night and was shocked and disappointed to find that two of them broke, one snapping completely, as I was using them. I was usinging them as intended and was simply seperating two of the tiers when they broke.
I am doubly diasppointed as this has happened after having them shipped to the UK, which almost doubled their cost in shipping and tax fees.
I have taken some photos which I can email you for review. I'm really not happy with this and would like them replaced ideally, or refunded otherwise. If these have snapped on day one, then I can't reasonably expect them to last for even the full length of a campaign, let alone years of play.
I hope we can sort this out,
