Ahoy hoy,

Something came up and I'm wondering if you can suspend my currently pending order for a few weeks, if it's too late that's cool too, it would just make things a little less financially stressful until October 26th.

It looks like your order is in the batch that the warehouse is revving up to send, so you might have seen an authorization go through a bit earlier. However, I've told the order to use Store Credit and i'll be reversing the authorization request in just a moment. Sorry we didn't catch that in time! You should see that fall off in 1-5 business days.

Just let me know if there are any hiccups or if anything needs to be adjusted, and I'll be glad to help out.
