Thanks for letting us know! I'm sorry to hear that your book had a faulty binding. If you'd like to send some pictures of the damage to customer.service@paizo.com, we'll go ahead and pass those along to our manufacturer for quality control.
In the meantime, I've got a replacement order set up to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Once our warehouse processed the order for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I can help out with in the meantime.
