Email sent 1 week ago, yet to get response

Hello to whom it may concern,

I sent an email in last week about the binding of my Starfinder core rule book falling apart, with pictures and all relevant information. I've yet to receive a response. I know there are many customers with similar problems,I just want to post here in hopes that my email didn't get lost or anything like that.

I sent the email to customer.service@paizo.com if that makes any difference.

Last we heard (Friday), they are working on emails being sent on or after September 20th.
They will get back to you, but it may take another week or so.
