When will this order ship? Why does it take over a week to ship a product?

It takes over a week to ship all the subscriptions because they have so many orders to ship. They usually announce a two week window in which all subscriptions will ship.

You can always check the shipping window via a sticky post in the Customer Service forum. Here's this month's. Shipping began October 2nd and is scheduled to be done this Friday, October 13th.

It looks like your order was processed for shipping earlier this morning, and should be on the way to you now.

Please note that most products have a 1-7 business day processing time between when they are ordered and when they are processed for shipping, which can fluctuate depending on the workload in our warehouse. We have a small staff, so it can take a while to make sure that everything is correctly processed, especially during an influx of orders during subscription shipment.
