Can I Maximize Embrace Destiny, Threefold Sight and other roll-replacing spells?

Maximize Spell reads:

Your spells have the maximum possible effect.

All variable, numeric effects of a spell modified by this feat are maximized. [...]

From how it's phrased, one might assume, that while maximizing Embrace Destiny, my recorded roll becomes a 20.

Yes.

Great if you can use a Maximize Metamagic Rod for them. Otherwise not worth spending the ridiculous amount of spell power for it unless it's a life/death situation, and even then, there are probably better things to do with your character's actions than this.

Of course, that's just rambling; the feat would work with those effects, since they possess variable numeric effects (AKA dice rolls) with those feats.
