One of the new races in the Starfinder Alien Archive is the Nuar, a size Medium albino minotaur race that is described as originating on old Golarion.
There is apparently an NPC minotaur in Absalom City named Nuar. Would this race be made up of his descendants, or does that race already exist? And if that race already does exist, how likely is it that we will see a Pathfinder version of that race?
