This order is sidecarted, to ship with my next subscription shipment. It also includes a back-ordered item, and I'd like the entire order held until the next subscription shipment after that item is available. (It's been promised for this month, but we shall see.) Thanks!

Hello John,

Since the order was submitted after the October subscription order was generated it will not go with the October order unless we manually move it over. So all the items will remain in your sidecart until the November order is generated. It sounds like that is what you want, or did you mean you want them to go into your October order even if they hold it up for a while?

Thank you for clarifying that for me.

Currently the items will be grabbed by the November subscription order to ship out. The backordered item is expected to be here around that time and would be included in the November order as well. If it arrives later it will wait for the December order.

We don't have a way to anchor items to other items so I can't tell our system not to move the other items into the November order if that item isn't ready. If you get the November email confirmation and the backorder item isn't ready let us know and we can move the other items back into the sidecart.
