Multiple Cavaliers making demanding challenge upon the same enemy.

Rules Questions

Specifically, in this case, Order of the Dragon Cavaliers challenging a single foe.

Example: 3 level 14 OotDragon Cavaliers challenging a single enemy.
do
1: Each get +4 to hit from there being a challenge from another cavalier, and the foe gets -2 to ac against each of their attacks.
2: Each +4, but foe has -4 AC from being distracted by multiple sources.
3: Each get +8 to attack (+4 for each other OotD Cavalier making a challenge), and enemy has a penalty of -4 to AC against each of the cavaliers attacks (And a -6 penalty against the non-cavaliers attacks)
4: None of the above?

Followup question: Level 14 cavalier, tier 1 Marshall (Mythic), with Clarions call, giving the benefit of his challenge to all allies within 30'. Is the effect of demanding challenge part of the challenge benefits that is shared with the allies, and if so, how does it stack. What about the +4 bonus to all allies of the challenger, is it part of the benefits of the challenge (I believe the wording indicates this), and if so, how does it stack?
1: Each ally gets +4 as someone has made a challenge?
2: Each gets +4 for each other person threatening the challenged foe, that has either made the challenge or benefitted from Clarions Call?
