Trouble with Starfinder Core Rulebook PDF order

Hello,

I'm having issues ordering the Starfinder Core Rulebook PDF. I've ordered it and got to the last page, but whenever I try to put in my security code or click "Place Your Order", nothing will happen. I see the loading wheel but nothing happens afterwards.

I'm not sure if I've completed the order then, as I still see it in my shopping cart while off the order checkout page.

Hello EstimatedTime,

Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this means the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file. I see a couple of things that could be causing it. Your billing address only has your initials, not your name, it also has the unit number twice.
