Unable to create Pathfinder Society character

I played my first round of Pathfinder Society and want to set up my account on here, but the create character link on the Pathfinder Society page is broken. I tried approaching the page via the main page sidebar and through my own account settings, but they just takes me to the main Pathfinder Society page.

I could really use some help, please and thank you!
