Greetings!

I have a question about using more than one credit card on my various orders. Currently I have my subscriptions set up with one card I like to use for reoccurring charges. For various reasons I would like to use a different card for the occasional one off purchase. I have two different payment methods saved in your system but when I go to purchase things it wants to use the card I have associated with my subscriptions.

Is there a way to select a different payment method without messing with the default payment method already associated with my Subscriptions?

I may be overlooking something so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question but figured I would ask.

Hi Vexies,

If you are adding something to your sidecart, you won't get the option to change the payment method, as sidecarted items use the same payment method as the subscription.

If you want a sidecarted item to use a different payment method, you'll need to buy a gift certificate in the amount of the item, apply that to your own account as store credit, and then make sure that your subscription is set to use your store credit. Any avaialble store credit will get applied when the subscription order is generated.

If you are order something to ship separately from the subscription items, you should have the option to select a different payment method. You first have to make sure that it is set to ship on its own, then on "Step 3 - Payment", you should be to click the "Select Another Payment Method" button to pick another.
