My credit card bill today and noticed an error.
I was charged for my August Gen Con pick up on Aug 14 (they accidentally double charged it and then refunded half of it immediately after).
When I went to Gen Con to pick up my order, I also opted to buy some extra goods such as an extra copy of the Starfinder Rulebook, as well as some T-shirts, etc.
I got my credit card bill today and noticed that I was charged for the extra goods, but also I was charged for all the subscription items again!
the total on my credit card bill is $382.36 for that order at Gen Con, but that shouldn't have included the subscription items as they were already charged in an earlier charge ($212.34).

Thank you for letting us know. I took a look and have issued a refund of $212.34 to your original payment method. You should be able to see it on your account as soon as your bank processes it.
