Good day,
I created an account here for one reason only, to let Paizo know that they've lost a customer.
The Starfinder CRB was my first Paizo purchase and I was much looking forward to getting into a space based RPG. Unfortunately the company has completely let me down by producing a dismally sub-par product that has left me of the opinion that it's worth neither my time nor (especially) my money.
I don't know where the issue is, either there was a complete lack of quality control or too much rush to get the thing on the market, but I've now had to send my SECOND copy back to Amazon. The first time was for replacement, now I'm simply asking for a refund and cancelling my order for the first adventure path book.
If you're curious, I had the first copy for a day and a half before noticing that the binding on the spine had separated from the page bundles. I see that others have already posed pics of similar issues, in my case the top had come completely unglued and the bottom appeared to be starting to do the same. The second copy I carefully opened on arrival, only to find a large separation between pages 32-33, so it too is going back.
After all the good word of mouth that has come from gaming friends and acquaintances I can only say that my first, and now last, experience with Paizo has been disappointing to say the least.
