Franz is correct. Please send pictures and any relevant information, like order number, to the email address he listed. Please keep in mind that we have an extremely large influx of emails and are working to get them all caught up so it may be some time before you get a response. Even if it takes a while we will respond to you as soon as we get to your email.

Hello Kagerage,
A retailer should just follow the same procedures they do for any defective item. They exchange or return it and then get a credit or exchange from their distributor, who will do the same with us. The new printing will go into distribution as soon as it arrives so if they do not have any more they should be able to get more copies of the book as soon as it is available.
